בסימן פורים, עם מסכות ותחפושות נעסוק החודש במודל המשמש ככלי אבחוני בהתייחס לשלב ההתפתחותי בו מצוי צוות הפרויקט, שאחד השלבים המתוארים בו, הוא "הסרת מסכות" והתחלה של גילוי צדדים אחרים, כאשר חברי הצוות כבר אינם מהוססים או זהירים. תיאוריה זו (1977) Tuckman, מאפשרת לאבחן את הצוות בפרויקט כאשר בהמשך יעזור לעצב אותו לכדי צוות אפקטיבי.
