A course of 40 academic hours, teaching the necessary basics for project management according to the PMBOK® guidelines combined with P.M. Team's vast project management experience, including cases studies and real life project management examples.

MS-Project – managing, planning and controlling project with ms-project. Learning the basics and practicing the former methodological lesson.

Meeting 6:
MS-Project – learning advanced content & tools to help you control your project as you wish.

Meeting 7:
Project Cost & Budget Management – planning cost management, estimating costs, determining the budget, controlling costs vs the project budget, using the Earned Value Management model.

Meeting 8:
Project Risks Management – planning risks management, identify risks, risks qualitative analysis, risks quantitative analysis, plan risk responses, control risks through the project phases.

• הסמכת PMP® (Project Management Professional) הינה הסמכה שמיועדת בעיקר למנהלים, מנהלי פרויקטים, אנשי PMO ומנתחי מערכות ופופולרית במיוחד בקרב מהנדסי תעשייה וניהול בעלי ניסיון בתחום. על פי הדוח האחרון של Dice (חברת השמה בינלאומית), PMP היא ההסמכה המבוקשת ביותר בתחום ניהול פרויקטים. בממוצע מפרסמים מעל 2,200 הצעות העבודה ביום עם דרישה להסמכת ®PMP שזה כ-9% בשנה. להלן מאמר בנושא.

מטרתה של הסמכה זו לאפשר לארגונים לבצע פרויקטים ולוודא שלמנהלי פרויקטים קיים הידע הנדרש בניהול פרויקטים. קיימות דרישות סף של ידע וניסיון רלוונטי על מנת לגשת למבחן ואף לעבור בהצלחה את בחינת הסמכה. מבחן ההסמכה כולל 180 שאלות בזמן קצוב של 230 דקות (וזאת לאחר השינוי בבחינה בינואר 2021).


דרישות הסף להגשת בקשה לבחינת ההסמכה של ה-®PMP הן:

1. קורס, הדרכה או סדנה בנושא ניהול פרויקטים, בהיקף מצטבר של 35 שעות לפחות

ובנוסף אחד משני התנאים הבאים:

1. לבעלי תואר ראשון נדרש מינימום 36 חודשי ניסיון (ב8 השנים האחרונות) בניהול פרויקטים ובהם לפחות 4,500 שעות בהובלת פרויקט בגודל מסוים ובתפקיד המשלב הכוונה וניהול פרויקט, אנו ממליצים לקרוא את ההנחיות המדויקות הנמצאות ב PMP HANDBOOK שבאתר ה-®PMI.
2. ללא תואר ראשון נדרש מינימום 60 חודשי ניסיון (ב-8 השנים האחרונות) בניהול פרויקטים ובהם לפחות 7,500 שעות בהובלת פרויקט בגודל מסוים ובתפקיד המשלב הכוונה וניהול פרויקט, כאמור- הנחיות מדויקות נמצאות ב PMP HANDBOOK שבאתר ה-®PMI.

קורס ניהול פרויקטים מתקדם והכנה למבחן הPMP וכן הקורס המקביל הקצר יותר של הכנה למבחן ה PMP של חברת P.M. • הסמכת PgMP® (Program Management Professional) - מטרתה של הסמכה זו לתת הכרה למנהלי תוכנית מומחים. על מנת לקבל את ההסמכה נדרשים זמן ארוך והשקעה רבה אך היא מהווה אישור ודאי לכך שבעל ההסמכה הוא אכן מומחה לניהול תוכנית. מבחן הסמכה זה כולל 170 שאלות אותן יש לפתור תוך 3 שעות.

דרישות הסף להגשת בקשה להסמכת ®PgMP:

1. לבעלי תואר ראשון
   1. 4 שנות ניסיון כמנהל פרויקטים
   2. 4 שנות ניסיון בניהול תוכניות
2. ללא תואר ראשון
   1. 4 שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים
   2. 7 שנות ניסיון כמנהל פרויקטים

• הסמכת PMI-SP® (PMI Scheduling Professional) היא אחת מההסמכות הפופולאריות שמיועדת לאנשים העוסקים בלוחות זמנים של הפרויקט והיא מאפשרת לנהל את הלו"ז באופן מקצועי ביותר. הסמכת PMI-SP נדרשת בתעשיות שונות בארץ ובעולם. במבחן הסמכה זה יש 170 שאלות אותן יש לפתור ב- 3.5 שעות.

דרישות הסף לגישה לבחינת ההסמכה הן:

1. לבעלי תואר ראשון נדרש ניסיון בניהול לוחות זמנים של פרויקטים לפחות של 3,500 שעות וכ- 30 שעות לפחות של השכלה בניהול לוחות זמנים שמתקבלת דרך מוסד אקדמאי מוכר או מארגונים שמספקים קורסים והדרכה בנושא הזה.
2. ללא תואר ראשון אך עם תעודת בגרות מלאה נדרשת ניסיון לפחות של 5,000 שעות וכ- 40 שעות לפחות של השכלה בתחום ניהול פרויקטים שמתקבלת דרך מוסד אקדמאי מוכר או מארגונים שמספקים קורסים והדרכה בנושא הזה.
• הסמכת PMI-RMP® (PMI Risk Management Professional) הינה הסמכה שנוגעת בתחום של ניהול סיכונים, זיהוים והכנת תוכניות עבודה להתמודדות עימם תוך ניצול הזדמנויות. הסמכה זאת מיועדת לאנשים שבתפקידם הם מהווים חלק מחברי הצוות בניהול פרויקט ואחראים על תחום ניהול הסיכונים. הסמכת PMI-RMP מוכרת ונחשבת מאוד בכל העולם. במבחן הסמכה זה יש 170 שאלות אותן יש לפתור ב- 3.5 שעות.

דרישות הסף לגישה לבחינת ההסמכה הן:

1. לבעלי תואר ראשון נדרש ניסיון בניהול סיכונים של פרויקטים לפחות של 3,000 שעות וכ- 30 שעות לפחות של השכלה בניהול סיכונים שמתקבלת דרך מוסד האקדמאי מוכר או מארגונים המספקים קורסים והדרכה בנושא הזה.
2. ללא תואר ראשון אבל לבעלי תעודת בגרות מלאה נדרשת ניסיון לפחות של 4,500 שעות וכ- 40 שעות לפחות של השכלה בתחום ניהול פרויקטים שמתקבלת דרך מוסד האקדמאי מוכר או מארגונים המספקים קורסים והדרכה בנושא הזה.

• הסמכת CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) הינה הסמכה שמיועדת למנהלי פרויקטים ואנשי PMO מתחילים. הסמכה זו מספקת ידע בסיסית של יסודות, תהליכים וכל הנוגע ונדרש לניהול יעיל של פרויקטים. לצורך מעבר את בחינת ההסמכה הזו, יש לפתור 150 שאלות ב-3 שעות.

דרישת הסף להסמכה זו - בגרות מלאה פלוס 1,500 שעות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים או 23 שעות של קורס לניהול פרויקטים.
